Carple Connect App Terms of Use

Section 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the “Carple Connect” Mobile Application and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Carple LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and establish the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Company and its users, as well as the conditions for using the Service.

Section 2 (Definitions)

"User" refers to a member or non-member who accesses the Service in accordance with these Terms and receives the Service provided by the Company.
"Member" refers to an individual who has provided personal information to register with the Service, continuously receives information about the Service, and continuously uses the Service provided by the Company.
"Non-member" refers to an individual who uses the Service provided by the Company without registering as a member.

Section 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that users can easily know them.
The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with changes in laws, changes in the Service, or other Company policies, and the amended Terms shall become effective by being posted on the Service screen.

Section 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

The Company provides the following services:
Recording and storing dashcam footage
Sharing and managing videos
Other services determined by the Company
The Company may change the content, method, and hours of use of the Service or stop providing the Service without prior notice.

Section 5 (Formation of the Agreement)

The agreement is formed when the user agrees to the contents of the Terms posted on the Service, applies for membership, and the Company accepts this application.
